2. Scope of Services
NORB operates as a physical café and restaurant, offers space rental, hosts workshops and events, facilitates ticketing for such events online, and sells physical products on website. We also allow table and space reservations with deposit collection via our online system.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, images, and written materials, belongs to NORB Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced or used without express written consent.

4. Reservation & Deposit Terms
Reservations made online require a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be stated at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable only with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Ticketed Events and Workshops
Tickets purchased for events or workshops are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant with prior written notice (minimum 24 hours). NORB reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event. In such cases, alternative options or store credit may be offered.

6. Space Rental
All bookings for space rental are subject to terms stated in our rental agreement. Users are responsible for damages, and a deposit may be required. Rental times must be adhered to strictly.

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the site or participate in any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes hacking, spamming, or violating any Malaysian law.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
